Bootcamp

cardio / strength / core / flexibility

A 45-minute interval-based class that teaches bodyweight and weighted movements to torch calories while improving strength, form and endurance. 

STRONG by ZUMBA®

tone & sculpt / cardio

Not another dance class. This class combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, plyometric training, and cardio all synchronized to a beat so you can stop counting reps and start training to the beat!

YOGA

balance & flow / tone & sculpt

In this class, we focus on basic posture, form, and movement. Flexibility and strength will be improved and increased through the practice of yoga sequences. Suited for all levels. 

ZUMBA®

rythmic & dance / cardio

A high-energy, Latin-based dance fitness class. No dance experience required. This class is about having fun while getting a cardio workout. 

ZUMBA® STEP

rhythmic & dance / cardio / tone & sculpt

A fusion of the fun and easy to follow Zumba® routines combined with the Step apparatus to maximize cardio endurance while adding lower-body toning. 

ZUMBA® TONING

rhythmic & dance / tone & sculpt/cardio

Lightweight resistance plus ZUMBA® to help sculpt muscles while dancing.
